While my parents were here for Caroline's birth, we celebrated Christmas with them. They brought gifts from our extended family because we didn't travel to NC this year.
Lyla got lots of fun stuff. She got a Laurie Barkner Band DVD. This is her favorite band ever. She loves to sing and dance to their music.
She got a princess dress and a keyboard. She and her dad danced to the keyboard demo music.

Nana and Papa gave her Melissa and Doug food to cut up. She loves this toy. She's always wanting to cut up real food but I won't let her use a real knife, so this is perfect for her.

Uncle Brad and Aunt Kelli gave her the Crayola Coloring toy that plays music. The music speeds up or slows down depending on how fast or slow you color.

Caroline got lots of toys too. She slept the whole time so we opened them for her.

My parents got us a breadmachine. I've used it a couple of times and it's so easy to use and makes great bread. Now I need more recipes.

Brad and Kelli gave me gifts cards. I can't wait to lose my baby weight and go shopping.

And books to read if I find the time.

Tommy got a Redskins shirt that he wore to the Redskins/Jaguars game the day after Christmas. The Redskins won so he'll have to wear this shirt everytime they play now.

We got mom several things, but here is a sweater we gave her...

...and a photo book that I filled with pictures of Lyla and Skylar (my brother's daughter). I made the book before Caroline was born.
A while ago, my dad and Tommy watched a "Cool Tools" marathon on TV. It drove me crazy, but Tommy got some gift ideas for my dad while watching it.

We missed seeing the rest of the family, but enjoyed opening all the gifts with my parents. Hopefully we'll make it to NC next year.
