Oh, Valentine's week is kind of a blur. Poor Lyla had an ear infection and missed her Valentine's exchange at school. I also had crazy sinus issues as a result of running a half-marathon in 30 degree weather when I was already sick. We still managed to have some fun. Lyla did give out her Valentine's cards and collected hers, just a few days late. We made cute little Valentine's cards and Lyla wrote her name on all of them. I forgot to take a picture of them, which makes me so sad, but I was quite the wreck that week, so I'm trying to forgive myself. Here is the picture of her cards from the internet where I got the idea. We printed this out, punched two holes in it, stuck a blow pop through it and Lyla signed her name in purple. They were cute and she did a great job writing her name 11 times!

Nana and Papa Morrow sent the girls Disney Valentine's Day outfits. Tommy took this sweet picture of Lyla. I just love how sweet and cute she is.

We still had to decorate cookies, sick or not sick! Caroline got in on the action this year and loved it!
Lyla is an cookie decorating pro and enjoys it every time.
Here is Caroline wearing her Valentine's outfit. She loves to climb in pretty much anything.
We gave the girls little Valentine's gifts.
This is a squinky bracelet. Lyla's older cousins got Squinkies for Christmas and Lyla had been talking about them ever since. How do toy makers come up with such things?
